Time For Another 4H Fair

We are counting down to the 2011 New Haven and Middlesex County Fair. Admission is free (parking is $5) their is plenty to see and do. The fair is at the Durham Fair Grounds in Durham Connecticut. August 5, 6 &7. Come out and see us at the Fair.

HomeZooEd got a lesson on Archery from Mr. Marino at the New Haven Sportsman’s Club in Guilford Connecticut. After given a brief history on Archery and some basic safety rules we headed to the Archery Range .

Milford’s Memorial Day Parade 2011

Every year Milford holds a Memorial Day Parade to honor members of our military who have passed away. This year HomeZooEd 4H Club had the honor to walk with Milford’s Veterans.

Remembering Those Who Have Served

HomeZooEd 4H Club helps the VFW place flags on the graves every year. This year was no exception. After we were done at the Kings Highway Cemetery we headed over to the Milford Cemetery to place more flags on the graves there. HomeZooEd 4H Club “Serving Those Who Have Served”
